The Cheese Bread Bakery is a family-owned small business based in Baton Rouge, LA, they plans to expand its market to a wider audience during the pandemic. The business needs to enhance discoverability and accessibility. Bring an easy and convenient digital user experience through mobile for their consumers.

They are operating its business on Facebook. Customers can only place an order through message to deliver without digital payment options. Sometimes, customers are busy at work and miss the time to meet them at delivery or have no cash to pay the order.

Information Architecture

With the "Order" as the main touchpoints, I conducted the app's architecture based on the two main use scenarios:

  • 'I want to place an order for delivery or pick up.'

  • 'I need more payment options.'
